Spazio Dantian® is a model of integral development that connects inner transformation with organizational sustainability.
Born as a research and practice project, it offers an experiential approach that combines awareness, embodiment, and regeneration to guide individuals and systems toward a culture of regenerative sustainability—lived and embodied.

In organizational contexts, Spazio Dantian® works on the relationship between body, mind, intention, and action, supporting change processes that begin at the individual level and reflect into the collective.
The model helps individuals, teams, and leadership reconnect with what is essential, fostering more aligned choices, more authentic relationships, and a broader vision of their impact.

Through integrated practices of:

  • mindful presence (mindfulness, inner and relational listening),

  • bodily grounding (embodiment, movement, energy work),

  • regenerative stillness (spaces for reflection, intentional slowness)

Spazio Dantian® creates the conditions to generate alignment between intention, action, and nature.

Working in synergy with the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), the model contributes to developing fundamental qualities for navigating contemporary complexity — such as integrity, openness, empathy, and systems thinking — and to anchoring decision-making processes in a solid and generative inner foundation.

Spazio Dantian® does not offer pre-packaged solutions, but rather transformative environments where the organization can regenerate itself from within, cultivating a new culture of care — for its teams, relationships, resources, and the planet.
